Brosco Construction and Development Corporation with office address at Purok 30 Marketsite beside CENRO Motorpool, Brgy. Maa, Davao City was incorporated on December 05, 1997 and was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 17, 1998 under SEC Registration No. D – 1998 – 00295.
The construction boom in the Philippines has encouraged the incorporators to organize the Corporation. Multi – National Corporations, Banks, and other Industrial Firms are opening offices in the Philippines.
The Incorporators of BROSCO are professionals of varied expertise in the field of civil engineering, architecture, business management and marketing. The Corporation obtained its contractor’s license from the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board on June 04, 1998 with license number 24970, under the category of General Building and General Engineering (Category AA)
BROSCO is authorized to engage in contracting business for projects such as:
- Road, highway pavement railways
- Airport Horizontal Structures and Bridges
- Building and Industrial Plant and other related projects
